Every job card in arco gives you two actions that do opposite things: saving and hiding. Use them to build a shortlist of roles you want to track and remove the ones you don’t.

Saving a job

Select the bookmark icon on a job card to save it. Saving does two things:
  1. It keeps the role somewhere you can find it again.
  2. It adds the job to your Pipeline, where you can track it through to an outcome.
A job only appears in your Pipeline once it has been saved at least once.

Hiding a job

Select the eye icon to hide a job. Hiding removes it from your Board and stops similar duplicates from resurfacing in future searches. Use it for roles you’ve already seen elsewhere, companies you’ve ruled out, or anything that isn’t relevant. Hidden jobs don’t appear in your Pipeline.

Unhiding a job

Hidden jobs aren’t deleted. Go to Settings → Hidden Jobs to see everything you’ve hidden and restore any of them to your Board.

Applying to a role

When you apply to a role, move it to the Applied stage in your Pipeline. arco never applies on your behalf — you always go through the company’s own process.
