arco searches across multiple platforms to find roles that match your profile. Not every job discovered becomes a match, and the same role often appears on several sources. Here is how it works.

Where arco searches

arco queries the following platforms and boards:
  • LinkedIn
  • Greenhouse (used by a large share of tech companies)
  • Lever
  • Ashby
  • Regional and local job boards, depending on your target location

What gets filtered out

After finding postings, arco filters them by your preferences before scoring any individually:
  • Your target roles and seniority
  • Your locations and work-type preference
  • Your salary floor (where the posting states a range)
  • Anything you excluded during profile setup

Duplicates

The same role often appears on several sources. arco de-duplicates so you see each role once.

If a source seems to be missing roles

A few things are worth keeping in mind:
Some roles only exist on a company’s own careers page in a format that isn’t machine-readable.
A job posted an hour ago may not be indexed yet.
Double-check your target roles, locations, and exclusions in your profile settings.
If you find a specific job elsewhere that arco didn’t surface, you can add it yourself. See Adding a Job Manually.
