Match score A 0–100 number representing how well a specific job fits you based on your profile and CV. For details on how it is calculated, see How scoring works. Red flag Something in the job posting worth knowing before you apply: a requirement you don’t meet, a vague description, or an unusual demand. Green flag A positive signal: strong alignment with your experience, or a benefit matching your stated preferences. Lane The broad category a company falls into (for example, Startup, Stable, or Innovation), shown as a coloured chip on each job card. Master CV The CV saved to your account, used to score every job. You can have one master CV at a time. CV variant / per-job CV A different CV used for one specific job inside the AI Coach, without replacing your master CV. See Per-job CV variants. Guided Optimization A three-step Coach flow (Audit, Fix, Verify) that improves your CV for one specific role. See Guided Optimization. Pipeline Your application tracker, available as a Board (kanban) view and a List (spreadsheet) view. Stage Which pipeline column a job sits in: New, Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer, or Rejected. Status A more detailed progress field in Pipeline List view (for example, Phone screen, Final round, or Withdrawn). It sits alongside Stage. Find Jobs The button that manually triggers a fresh search. Availability depends on your plan. See Refresh frequency. Digest A completed search run and the batch of matches it produced.
