arco stores the minimum data needed to score jobs, power the AI Coach, and manage your Pipeline. This page explains what we keep, how we use it, and your options for getting it out or removing it.

  • Your account details — email address and an encrypted password
  • Your profile answers — roles, locations, salary expectations, preferences
  • Your CV, if uploaded, along with the experience extracted from it
  • Your matches and their scores
  • Your Pipeline — saved jobs, stages, statuses, contacts, notes
  • Your AI Coach conversations and generated documents

How your CV is used

Your CV is used to score jobs and power the AI Coach. Your CV is never shared with employers. arco doesn’t apply on your behalf and doesn’t send your details anywhere.

AI processing

arco uses AI models to score jobs, read postings, and power the Coach. Your profile and CV content are processed in order to produce those results.

Getting your data out

Your Pipeline can be exported to a spreadsheet at any time, on any plan. See Exporting your pipeline. For a broader export, email support@arco.careers.
