arco is an AI-powered job search assistant. Instead of you refreshing five job boards every morning, arco searches them for you, scores every role against your actual experience, and tells you honestly which ones are worth your time.

arco does three things

  1. Finds jobs across multiple sources. arco queries LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and regional job boards so you don’t have to check each one manually.
  2. Scores each one 0–100 against your profile and CV. This is not keyword matching. arco reads the posting and assesses how well your background fits the actual requirements.
  3. Helps you apply through the AI Coach. The Coach audits your CV against a specific role, suggests rewrites, and stress-tests the result before you submit.
You also get a Pipeline to track every application from discovery through to offer or rejection.
