arco does three things
- Finds jobs across multiple sources. arco queries LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, and regional job boards so you don’t have to check each one manually.
- Scores each one 0–100 against your profile and CV. This is not keyword matching. arco reads the posting and assesses how well your background fits the actual requirements.
- Helps you apply through the AI Coach. The Coach audits your CV against a specific role, suggests rewrites, and stress-tests the result before you submit.
What makes it different
- It scores honestly. A 42 is a 42. arco flags gaps before you waste an hour on an application you won’t be shortlisted for.
- It reads the whole posting. Flags come from the actual description, not the job title.
- Built around one CV, then per-role variants. You maintain a single master CV. When you want to target a specific role, the Coach helps you create a variant without replacing your main document.
What arco is not
- arco is not a job board you browse. It searches for you and brings results to you.
- arco does not apply on your behalf. It prepares you to apply with a stronger CV.
- arco is not a resume template tool. It optimizes what you already have for specific roles.
