# Switch Between Board and List Views in Your Pipeline

> Your Pipeline has two views of the same data. Learn when to use the kanban Board or the spreadsheet-style List view, and how to work in each.

Your Pipeline shows only jobs you have saved at least once. Raw matches do not appear here until you bookmark them, and once a job enters your Pipeline it stays visible for as long as you keep it there, including after it moves to Rejected. You can switch between two ways of looking at that data using the view toggle in the Pipeline toolbar.

  <Tab title="Board view">
    Board view is a kanban-style layout with columns you drag cards between: New, Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer, and Rejected. It is best for seeing the shape of your search at a glance and moving jobs through stages quickly.

  <Tab title="List view">
    List view is a dense, editable table with one row per application. It is best for bulk updating, adding contact details, and scanning many applications quickly.

    **Working in List view:**

    * **Frozen columns:** Company and Job Title stay pinned as you scroll horizontally.
    * **Choosing your columns:** Use the Columns control in the toolbar to hide fields you are not using.
    * **Editing:** Select a cell and type or choose from the dropdown.
    * **Sorting:** Select any column header to sort by it.
    * **Long titles:** Truncated with an ellipsis. Hover to see the full text.
