# Save and Hide Jobs in arco

> Learn how to save jobs to your Pipeline, hide roles you don't want to see, unhide them later, and track applications through arco's board and list views.

Every job card in arco gives you two actions that do opposite things: saving and hiding. Use them to build a shortlist of roles you want to track and remove the ones you don't.

## Saving a job

Select the **bookmark** icon on a job card to save it. Saving does two things:

1. It keeps the role somewhere you can find it again.
2. It adds the job to your **Pipeline**, where you can track it through to an outcome.

A job only appears in your Pipeline once it has been saved at least once.

## Hiding a job

Select the **eye** icon to hide a job. Hiding removes it from your Board and stops similar duplicates from resurfacing in future searches. Use it for roles you've already seen elsewhere, companies you've ruled out, or anything that isn't relevant. Hidden jobs don't appear in your Pipeline.

## Unhiding a job

Hidden jobs aren't deleted. Go to **Settings → Hidden Jobs** to see everything you've hidden and restore any of them to your Board.

## Applying to a role

When you apply to a role, move it to the **Applied** stage in your Pipeline. arco never applies on your behalf — you always go through the company's own process.
