# What the arco AI Coach Can Do for Your Applications

The AI Coach helps you apply with confidence. It works on one job at a time, reading the specific posting and measuring your CV against it. Everything the Coach does is scoped to that single role. It never replaces your master CV or triggers a rescore of your Board.

The Coach works on what is genuinely in your history. It will not invent experience. If a rewrite needs a metric you have not provided, it asks you for it rather than making something up.
